I missed series 2 on FX so had to wait untill it was on C5 and don't want the same thing to happen again.

It will be on FX. Fox International Channels has worldwide distribution rights, so there's no danger of them being outbid and little danger of them dropping it

No US start date has been announced, other than October 2012. Consequently no UK date has been announced either.

FX usually air the series one week after the States, so expect it to begin sometime between mid-October and early-November

ITV2 have acquired the UK rights to Up All Night from last season and the upcoming shows 666 Park Avenue, Animal Practice and Ben and Kate. ITV2 who previously just had Gossip Girl and Vampire Diaries as their sole US serialized programming have expanded their catalogue, better too seeing as Gossip Girl's 6th season will also be it's last this year.
