I'm worried about getting my hopes up over screentime for that episode, as like you say, because they're in the PO spoilers we're expecting Chryed to have more than 3-4 lines of dialogue but there's no garantee that's going to happen.
Yasmin is definately being seen / mentioned a lot considering Amira is her main carer - as far as we know - but any major storyline involving Yasmin would need Preeya involved and we've had the impression she's committed to music right now.

I think there was an element of insecurity on Christian's part when it came to his baby obsession, the scene at the night club where he became jealous over Syed talking to another man wasn't put in there for no reason. He knew that Syed had lost out on becoming a father by leaving Amira - they didn't know about Yasmin at that stage.
I think you may be right that Johnny or Marc might view an affair as being a juicy storyline they could get their teeth into and wouldn't be quite as upset by it as we would. I think I could just about handle a ONS if there were under the influence of something - drink, drugs, depression, blackmail - but a full on love affair would be harder to take.
