Well done Aliyah! VW were consistent throughout, a very deserved winner.

Thanks to everyone who voted Eisley throughout. I'm very surprised they got so far considering they were 3rd in their original heat. This has been a really strong series so I'm thrilled that I came 2nd!

Holy balls! I did NOT expect that at all! Like seriously, i thought Eisley had it in the bag!

Alex you've been an amaze competitor, and Eisley are an incredible band and thanks for introducing me to them (a year ago ). Also big congrats to both Malin & Dylan and James & Seth (and thanks for the vocal VW support <3) for 3rd and 4th place!

I picked Vampire Weekend because I wanted to show that theyre not a typical indie band with "straight forward" indie songs, because a lot of their songs consist of middle eastern and african influences which can be heard in a lot of their songs (Horchata & Diplomat's Son), and i'm glad people have admired that route too!

Well done Ali. VW have always been a favourite of mine, so very happy they won. And Alex and Eisley, I think they've been my highest ranked act, bar Malin, so have loved them throughout the series.

And thanks for everyone who voted for Malin to get to 3rd. Its soo much higher than I had expected her to get, so happy about it. One day, I will get better than 3rd though. It is the rank I usually end in :P

And finally thanks Pete for the great hosting. An really epic series all round

In terms of the hosting gig for next series, I imagine it will take place after NTAGP so around September time, I'm not sure if I'll have time to host due to work commitments, so I'm going to pass it down to the runner up (Alex), and hopefully he agrees to it, and if not then I s'pose Dylan and Seth need to watch out for the offer

Also - i'm looking forward to the stats whenever Pete is ready to post them

They were my pre-registration pharmacy exams, so I finished my degree last summer then i've been working for a year and then if I pass these exams I will be fully qualified and able to practice as a Pharmacist. I think they went ok it was just exhausting as they were both on the same day.

Have you had exams this year? When do you finish your degree?

OhmyGoodness, look's like you've been a busy bunny! Atleast the work will pay off since you're more or less guaranteed a long-term career haha . I'm pretty much finished with my exams, I'm just awaiting my results for my degree, Im in my final year so the wait is nervewracking lol. I've applied for an MA too, just need the grades to get in ! Back to NTA talk , when will the statistics be posted?
