He needs to be brought down a peg or two did anyone else see the video of him being rude to fans last week?

Nope, but ive been reading all sorts about his brattish behaviour. I lol when he called one direction kids, lovey they are older than you minus harry i think. It's like he's insulted being compared with Justin Timberlake! Please you are no way near his level.

I'm really no fan of Justin Bieber, he's a precocious little brat- however, having listened to the interview, I do think the interviewer got a little hissy when Justin (understandably) made a comment back about HIS mum, saying "Justin, my mom's dead." How was Justin to know?
I still hate him though, and he definitely overreacted when the interviewer compared him to Justin Timberlake |

Aww... I wish he didn't hang up. I wanted to see how he dealt with the awkward situation, rather than just fleeing...

The boy sounds paranoid... He's desperate to be seen as a big boy now..
I said in another thread he's an 18 year old with the maturity of someone younger - Comes across in his music and his whole attitude. |

Fully agree.
He clearly thinks he's a better singer than Justin Timberlake so hated the comparison. I get what the interviewer was saying, to be honest i would probably think it was him too. It totally sounds like Timberlake too! Maybe he thought he was disrespecting his parent and got defensive, slightly understandable. Maybe the interviewer should have mentioned the interview from Selena and his comment first... He is taking himself too seriously though. An ego has developed. |

I can't with how arrogant this little boy has become. He will never reach half the level of Justin Timberlake if he's lucky. Timberlake, almost instantly, successfully branched out from cheezy boy band to respected solo artist. Bieber is a joke in the music industry. I can't believe he hung up saying HE was offended at the question. Any normal person would have said "Oh sorry, I didn't know".

The lad seems pretty dense to be honest. He was on Alan Carr the other week and thought everyone was making fun of him when they were actually talking about the Queens Jubilee
![]() I know he's Canadian but come on. They speak English and share our Queen. He is either incredibly paranoid or just plain thick. Possibly both. I'll never forget what Marg Helgenberger said about him on CSI either. |

I'll never forget what Marg Helgenberger said about him on CSI either. You can't blame him for being paranoid to be fair, but he should try not to let it show.. and try not to get so defensive. You can bet he's heard/ read the Timberlake comparisons a million times ( I know I have) so now he's scared he's going to be labelled yet again. But what an awful reaction.. and calling Timberlake "super-talented" what a patronising understatment. That's what I'd expect JT to say about Bieber - not the other way round. Did you see him on the Letterman show? When Letterman refers to the "Sistine Chapel", and Bieber replies with "Sixteenth Chapel" the audience just laughed... Cringe. If you aren't 100% sure what you're talking about on national TV, please don't say anything.... The problem is, because of his baby face and kid-like body, he's still looked upon as a 16 year old kid, and he's still a kid in his music and attitude.... He should be slightly more streetwise/mature by 18. It's obvious he's not the sharpest tool in the box anyway... |

You cannot be so famous so young without it affecting you in some way.
Look at Britney Spears and Michael Jackson - fame absolutely destroyed both of them. |

Yeah I heard about this.
JB needs to chill out. He really is starting to take himself way too seriously. The interviewer was clearly joking when he mentioned Harry and his mom and she should have just laughed it off and kept it moving. I also found it funny when he called 1D "kids". Aren't they ALL older than him? Lol. First he's arguing with fans at an airport, attacking a paparazzi now this? Is he forgetting he's got an image to protect or are his fans just that naive? |

I've heard he's going to be interviewed on Radio 2 next week, by Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross.
