They don't show the close in Hollyoaks why? We know it's Brookside, so we care? NO, we know that some of the houses are being used for Hollyoaks big deal now let us see the close, it would be good for nostalgic reasons.

i wonder why they kept it, cheaper to buy 3 houses and sell the whole brookside close, there must be reason for keeping it, will it ever show in brookside dvd as never siad parade or flats would go.
i also have stil wonder why paul usher never accepted redmonds offer for a brookside spinoff, as dvds were originally planed for tv specials, as epiosdes as like spinoff. |

I think that EastEnders could do with a bit more outside filming...everything seems to be contained to Albert Square.
I know that they always go off on holiday, but why not open up the world of Walford a bit more? |

They have other things in the houses, for example the canteen(which doubled as Grants'), plus production offices, so it's probably cheaper for them to stay there. And remember, Phil Redmond paid very little for those houses in the 80's compared to how much he'd have to pay for new houses now. |
