Does anyone know what size Becky is?

I watched last night and prayed that I wasn't as big as her, I know the camera puts on 10lbs but if she's smaller than me I'm having my gob stitched up!!!!

I'm a size 18 btw

Obesity has serious consequences for the whole society - it is destroying the NHS.

Yes it would do her health good to have a better diet, but as I have said before, Lauren is doing herself far more harm with her obsession with smoking as is Luke A. Yet I don't hear anyone calling them 'disgusting' or pondering on their early demise.

I do think that deep down she would like to be slimmer and is putting on a brave face to justify her weight. I don't see that as a reason to criticise her. Also as has been said, some people put on weight a lot easier than others.

Some of the comments on here are downright nasty and uncalled for. Give Becky a break, plenty of time to worry about her diet when she gets out of there.

Just as a guide; Morbid obesity is someone 50-100% over their ideal body weight.

It also leads to a vicious cycle of child dietary abuse

Nah, the Coalition are doing that.

Oops, a bit of politics creeping in, there.

Oh give over. So is smoking, alcohol and people who need hip replacements because they've spent their whole adult lives running. Nobody moans to the same extent about those things costing the NHS money. Not to mention all those geriatric people who have outlived their welcome by a decade or two, forced to live on in demented decreptitude because they didn't have the sense to eat/smoke/drink/drug themselves to death at an early age.

And just think, if nobody ever got ill all those doctors and nurses would be out of work costing the taxpayer gazillions in Jobseekers and housing benefit.

I agree. I think she's an emotional eater. The other day there was a clip of her chatting to Sara the night after some row over Arron. All through that clip she was eating ..... Some people eat thier problems. I guess that is what she is doing. Who knows what her real life is like? I have no idea? but it's frightening to see such a young woman with so much weight. If she's not careful she could end up like some of those people we have seen on channel 4's supersize V's superskinny .... and her opinion on most things is: she doesn't care / doesn't want to know .... but she needs to learn about what she is doing to herself otherwise she will face serious health complications in about 20 yrs or so, if not before

No, the NHS and cost of any illnesses associated with clinical obesity matter too.

Yes, they do have excess fat but good daily hygiene solves the problem. However, most people(of all sizes) wear underwear as well as tight fitting trousers, legging, tights, etc, so I very much doubt if there is much air circulation!

As for your point about a society of correctness, you implied that just because someone is obese must mean they have poor hygiene - which is simply not true. It is not a fact! If you had said that it must be more difficult for obese people to ensure good hygiene - that is quite different. And why does someone who is obese leave the loo in a state, as your post says? Do 'normal' sized people not leave the loo in a state?

Its disgusting the way she was getting so excited about chicken nuggets, it's a serious mental defect, just like drug addiction . At 19 she/her parents have ruined her life and set her on the path to ruin the lives of any children she has.

She couldn't wait for those chicken nuggets to cook, she is seriously obsessed with food. Such a shame as she is a very attractive girl under all that fat.

Her only answer is that she could die tomorrow so why worry about it. But she's only 19 Do all her hopes and dreams for the future get put aside for her love of food?

It does seem in every clip she is eating, basic budget would be incredibly interesting!

We should start a poll: which housemate will Becky try to eat first?

I would like to see that. She would be like the smokers without their cigs.

She lives in Becky-world, in which everything she doesn't like or doesn't want to know about is wilfully ignored. It will bite her on the ass soon enough, no doubt.

Not adam, she has to be wary of saturated fat or she'll gain weight, calories clearly don't matter to the thermodynamic miracle that is Becky.

And what about people who smoke and drink? Are they not also contributing to' the destruction' of the NHS? What about the elderly, who, because of increased health care, are now living much longer and thus requiring more joint replacements as well as treatment for dementia and other conditions more frequently found in the very elderly? Are they not 'contributing to the destruction' of the NHS?

Obesity is just one of the problems faced by the NHS......it is not the only one

No, we fought Hitler because he was a threat to Britain and our national interests. He and Mussolini actually had many admirers among the British ruling class!

she obviously eats too much but, no she dosen't eat all the time. The fact that you could be forgiven for thinking so going by the HLs is surely an indictator of the agendas the producers push and the way they like to portray the HMs, not just Becky, of course, but all of them.

The day everyone on here who watches this show finally wakes up to the fact that we're watching something that is massively contrived and edited to within an inch the better this forum will be.

But he looks so succulent.

Steer clear of Ashleigh. Stringy. Mostly bones. Risk of E Coli.

Its common for obese girls to suffer from excessive sweating and bacteria issues around the womanly areas. All rather unpleasant really.
