PS Move does anyone actually bother with it?
I just bought spiderman yesterday and seen that it supports MOVE
I have the Move wands in my draw since I bought my PS3 and never really bothered with them there was genuinely nothing of interest out for them for me anyways. but setting it up is crazy because you have to be in a certain position for the camera I play the games on my bed and leave the camera on my stand at the end yet still the calibration sets it all fuc#ed up I dont wanna have to start moving myself around just to suite the controls Its just not seamless enough Rant over lol |

I also play in bed ( probably too much) and motion controls don't interest me - I had a wii but after res evil 4, it gt boring, maybe i should try it for kill zone 3 - do u have to sit up off can u lie in bed and still use it as a gun?

Hey I know what u mean with setting up the move. My camera keeps falling down the back of my tv and is a pain to retrieve, I should buy a stand really but I don't use it enough. I use it now and then, me and my gf are going through resi 5 when we can be bothered using the move and I play top spin 4 sometimes with it but I don't think I use it nearly enough to justify the money I spent on it. My gf has the kinect and that seems like its going to be the same and barely used although it is fun to shout out things like "quick map" while she's trying to battle a giant in skyrim
on a side note what's spiderman like? Worth paying full price for? And how's the move used in it?

The PSMove is a disappointment, but i've just about used it enough to make it worthwhile. I still really like Old school light gun shooters so it's been good for HOTD Overkill, and Time Crisis collection. There's also a really fun PS Move game called Tumble......Aside from all that, theres not much else i'm afraid (although i've been told its good for Child of Eden)... I might replay Heavy Rain with the Move Controls, and Goldeneye 007 with them too though.

It all depends on what you make of it. There are over 250 games that support Move so it's not like developers haven't bothered with it.
Motion controls won't replace the standard controller, but it can enhance the gameplay experience in many genres for those willing to try it out. Move may not have sold Kinect numbers but it is far more pracrtical as a gaming input device. The list of titles that use the technologies to their fullest speak for themselves. Quote:
Many people moaned about its inclusion at E3 as it isn't a "core" game but it has the potential to be big, especially amongst families. In a generation where gamers are moaning about multiple sequels and the lack of innovation and new experiences, it was to be expected that they would complain about something new and different, but at least Black Ops 2 will be out this year. That will provide a unique experience and gamers won't be moaning about it a few hours after launch... ![]()

I use it a LOT, well over 500 hours with just one game.
Nothing like pulling off head shots across a map when you actually have to hold the controller steady and point it in the correct direction, also you can own DS3 players. |

I personally don't mind sequels but they have to offer me something new or be something that my mates play. I loved heavy rain though and that used the move amazingly.

I bought it so I could use the Sharpshooter on Killzone 3.
Gave me motion sickness trying to set it up, but I am determined to try again. |

It has been disappointing for me after the initial excitement of playing Sports Champions.
Sports Champions 2 could well be the final game I buy for it. |

I haven't tried Spiderman yet but my PS3 is set up in the living room so hopefully the Move works for me
The quality of the Move itself depends on what type of gamer you are and whether you are looking for games on it, i have the sharpshooter and its fantastic for resistance 3 and on rails shooters like The Resident Evil Chronicles are much more fun One thing i don't like is when people say there are no games on Move, there is plently if you don't like them it doesn't mean they don't exist |

The last time I used it was for the Babel Tower game on PSN. It plays better with the move controller.
