Couldn't find another thread on this.
Has anyone seen this film? Link: http://m.imdb.com/title/tt1972663/ I missed it when it first came out but really want to rent it. Just wondered what peoples opinions on it were? Worth the watch? |

It's an amazing movie. Brilliantly made.
He really has a knack of getting stories out of the people he is interviewing. |

Seconded. I saw this at JDIFF in Dublin in March and thought it was great. Herzog is a great storyteller and interviewer, and he meets some real characters in this one! It's quite even-handed and thought-provoking, and he even manages to get a few laughs out of the tricky and contentious subject of the death penalty.
He made a spin-off series as well which I was sure was on 4OD but it must just have been on Channel 4 once as they have an episode breakdown: http://www.channel4.com/programmes/d...guide/series-1 |
