Probably rig the vote too
Would it not be Endemol who own the rights? Could they not use them no matter what channel?

The box task was brilliant.

But I also love the task in BB2 where they had to get each other and a drum kit through a maze of tape/ barriers. It was genius the way they managed it.

Yeah they would, it was tongue-in-cheek since C5 are so deluded and can't run a show for the life of them

Any task that is difficult, painful, exhausting and unsettling for the the HMs is a good task!

BB7 prison was certainly tough. BB3 rich and poor house. BB9 heaven and hell.

Actually, I think Channel 5 had done a brilliant job up until this series. They breathed new life into it with last year's series plus the 2 celeb series. They seem to have lost the plot this time though.

The prison task BB7 still brings a smile to my face - a lot of thought and organising must have gone into the planning of that task.

I will never forget the faces and excitement of the prisoners when they first discovered the secret room and at the same time the prison warders hadnt a clue what was going on - it was brilliant

We need an an overnight task.

Someone remind me, Sophie and Sree year, in the middle of the night, having to take ice cream orders when the phone rang or something...?

Sree 'I scream..you scream....'?

They had some of the best tasks in BB2, as well as the great ones above there was the Meteor Task, where housemates spent days learning First Aid and then on the final day they had to put their knowledge into practice when a meteor landed in the BB garden. The task team did a brilliant job making it look realistic.
The playground games task was another great one, including learning double Dutch skipping, and the pogo stick (remember Helen)and showed the real meaning of 'team work'.
Another good feature at that time was having to bet a percentage of the basic food shopping fund on if they would pass or fail the task to increase the shopping money for that week. In BB2 they seemed to agree on the amount quite easily, however with these housemates I would imagine there would be huge rows over the amount to gamble.

Mine was Automated Big Brother (BB7)

Overnight tasks were brilliant..... the police car in the garden.........the security guards.........bike riding to Paris........all a waste of time without live feed of course......those were the days.

Of course there is nothing like a good argument in a silly costume a la the geek task........"We were sitting here learning our times tables"

No comparison now. They are just brief photo oportunities. No thought or stamina needed.

Oh yes ....my favourite has to be dog training with Science, Kemal and Derek Laud.

Most of BB9 tasks were pure gold. What stands out from that task was the Chilli eating task, the Irish dancing and the rap battle at the end was charming.

The best friends/Prison task week in BB7 was the best planned and run week in BB history - surperb execution and planning right the way through from the hilarious gift giving in the best friends task to the letters from home - hugely emotional stuff, so many standout moments with lots of smaller moments too, like Michael in the DR so smug that he had chosen the best side to be on lol

prison task and when big brother went to margate. The wedding task in bb5 was good and in bb1 where a klaxon would go off and there was a housemates face over the garden fence on a board and they had to do it all day and night and not get any wrong. Does anyone remember when they had to bet a certain amount of their budget on passing the task, i think this was in bb1 and bb2, like 50% or 70% instead of having a luxuary budget and a basic budget.
