Hi everyone. I bought a new pair of straighteners on the 13th April this year after my other ones that I had for about 4 years had broken when the swivel cord was moving the on/off light would flicker and the straighteners would cool down while I was still styling my hair!
I bought this new pair and have had them since April 13th as I said and now the same thing is happening again! These are two completely different straighteners!
Would it be worth me returning these ones back to the shop I bought them from? (Argos)
The first pair were from TK Maxx.
I don't have the receipt for the newer pair as I thought they would last a good few years before packing up!
Would they do anything about taking them back do you think
as I have used them for the best part of 3 months?
