Does anyone know what happened to this franchise of manager games?

I used to like the earlier versions on the PS1 and 2 but they stopped in 2007.

They were made by Codemasters and I had varying degrees of success, I finished 17th with my team Newcastle on LMA 06/07 or on LMA 04 for the XX-Box I am 3rd.

They is Facebook account trying and bring the game back and I have to say Lma Manager is still the best Football manager game I played on consoles

Probably a mixture of a)Codemasters focussing on racing games and getting the F1 license, and 2) FM's all conquering success.

I used to absolutely love this game on ps2, LMA 2005 and LMA 2007 my favs, I took Inverness from SD1 to SPL Champions, Liverpool to win the Premier League about 10 years in a row, Blackburn from the Championship to Champions League in 3 seasons, Gretna from SD3 to the SPL countless times on LMA 2005!

I now have PS3 so can't play them I do have LMA 2007 on PC but it just isn't the same for me for some reason

Still got 2007 on 360 can lose hours playing it just so easy to pick up and play. Recommend it to any Football fan.

Bet part about it for me was the fantasy football option. £35 million to spend on a complete squad or whatever it was. Great fun.
