I am a huge Madonna fan, artistically and personally, but never been that interested in her filmography.

However I just watched W.E at a friends house and I really liked it. I feel bad that she invested over $30 million of her own money and then it flopped, It didn't even make a million at the box office.

Mind you I suppose $30 million is a drop in the ocean to her now, as her wealth will be close to the billion mark.

I watched this recently because I'm very interested in the royals at that time. Amazing film and gutted my hubby wouldn't go to the cinema to watch it. Forgot it was by Madonna while watching but I think she did an amazing job.

I would like to see this, because of the era it's based on. I think I'll wait until its in the bargain bucket though...

I really liked it. But i found the fictional story about the woman who is obsessed with them rather pointless and not needed. I felt the story about Wallis and Edward was strong enough to stand on it's own. Andrea played Wallis fantastically well. I would of had her up for an Oscar.

You reminded me to watch this,and it was worth watching. I thought that Madonna did a great job.The critics were pretty mean about it. It's a shame that they hold so much sway.

Well she's shown off just about every other part of herself on stage lately, but no I haven't seen her W.E..
