Other than choosing which of the 4 columns the disc should drop from, contestants appear to have no control over whether the disc drops to the left, right or middle, so why does he keep saying "Oh you did well there !!!"

I've not picked up on this today, do the losing 3 contestants leave with the money they collected (E.g. say 1st person knocked out may have £200) do they keep that or not?

Strange first round, Will pretty much won it with that massive drop in zone 4, which could well take him pretty much to the final.

I think only the winner gets the money.

Will should easily win with that massive pending drop in zone 1

Edit: he didn't deserve it just getting one right though...

Yep, the boy is very lucky. I wonder if his luck will last in the final round.

I don't think he will care if he gets even one question right as he will be happy with over £2000

I'm amazed he knew the answer to the electric plug question; these days the plugs are all permanently attached to the appliance when you buy it.

He shouldn't have won, he really really shouldn't, but luck was with him all the way.

Wow, that counter was teasing him at the end there. Plus I don't think the Jackpot Counter is going to do that flip again!

I think we knew he was going to win when the banner came up on the screen as that usually indicates that it is nearly the end of the programme.

Today was my first time watching the jackpot game. It's not that bad, just a shame the rest of the show is too dull to make you want to stay watching to the end.

It meant he wasn't going to take the gamble, that's for sure, but I didn't think he was going to win the jackpot when I saw that come up (I thought he'd refuse the gamble).

Too dull? I'm on the edge of my seat for the whole hour. It's the most exciting hour I can imagine.
