these contestants are really gonna have to get their timing right if they are going to avoid riders

mind you, they always say its easy when you 'play along at home'

I havent left, I just dont have the need to insult people from the safety of my computer.
I don't think there have been any insults, but if you do, feel free to hit the 'Alert' button and waste the moderator's time.

Release just as it's going to touch going inward and the counter should be down whilst it is still going outward, releasing the counter smoothly and some distance behind everything.

They wait until it has started going outward and so it's coming back in when their counter hits the bottom.

I'm watching this on +1 and was just starting to warm to this show, after initially thinking it was a bit dull, then along came Claudine.
They really need to shut these contestants up.

Watching this on demand now (I have no idea why though I must be glutton for punishment). Only thing I have to say is Claudine seems rather excitable when the coins are dropping (no offence mcjj)

Yes it's like Deal now, where every contestant must be 'wackier' than the last. I suppose at least on TP we're spared sob stories and pictures of family pets! Oh God, I hope I haven't given them any ideas!

I'm pleased she did'nt win the jackpot today...Everytime that other chap won some money she was like NO...Even though she had 1900 in the pot to his 300.

I love Tipping Point. But I also wonder this as well, because in the first 3 rounds the counters do not roll anywhere like they do in the final one. If I was a cynical sort I'd almost say the coins used in the final were magnetised to pull to the sides to make sure not to many £10,000's go out...

Anyone think this could get 'celebrity specials'? I'm in two minds about it considering the reception it's been getting on here, but I'm not sure if it's exciting enough.
