Awful awful show....and that was just the 10 minutes I managed to sit through. Only interest now will be seeing if this poo makes it through the run - I would guess that with no competition and with it being on in July/August there is a distinct possibility. Truly dire.

Even worse than 'Pointless' which is some achievement in itself.
I kept wanting someone to 'nudge' the machine with their knee.........

The programme guide on Sky said it was on for an hour, it felt much much longer.

Bring back repeats of repeats of The Chase. Preferable to this.

Has ITV seriously developed an amusement arcade money scam masquerading as a game into a crappy gameshow? Jesus wept. Ben Shepherd must be cursing his agent for getting him this tripe.

Right, I realise I'm in the minority here, but I really enjoyed it. It's a nice change from The Chase (especially since they were showing repeats), and I mean, who didn't enjoy playing on those machines in the arcade when they were younger? Admittedly, the machine is a bit dreary and they could've brightened it up a bit, but overall the format is fun! I suppose it would be more fun to play than to watch, but good on ITV for at least TRYING other formats. Maybe people will warm to it, personally I really liked it and am looking forward to the next episode

I watched about 10 minutes before stopping. Simply awful.

My thoughts exactly.

Also the arcade machine has concealed holes at the side so that when it pushes out sideways, coins drop down into a collection bucket making it even more of a swizz. It's how the machine makes money! Loads of it!

Felt like three or four hours long. Even worse than that other monstrosity Red or Black.

I love playing on them. I just don't want to see annoying people who I don't know playing on a massive one for an hour.

I watched about five minutes, and couldn't stand it any longer. I didn't even notice the quality of the questions. It was possibly the worst programme I've ever seen on TV. (not counting little britain, of course; that goes without saying).

It gets worse. Next week ITV1 are launching 'The Crane' hosted by Dan Lobb. 5pm weekdays.

Based on the old amusement arcade game where you have to get a toy or whatever out of a glass box. This will use spherical orbs containing amounts up to £100 which contestants have to get out of the box using 'The Crane'. In the final 'Super Crane' round the orbs contain £1000.

If you listen very carefully, you can hear the ITV execs. scraping a barrel

Yeah, ITV seem to be dumping some shows in the schedules at the moment, this, 'Let's Go for Gold' with Vernon Kay, 'Superstar' with Lloyd Webber on Saturday. Perhaps they are hoping the Olympics will blow these shows from the collective memory. As if the weather wasn't making this summer bad enough.

Me too it was simple with easy questions and the winner went home with money unlike some game shows on TV.
I can see that it is possible for the jackpot could be won too often. For that reason I doubt it will survive to run to another series

Seems to be about our attention span for this dire show.
Usually getting dinner ready whilst listening to The Chase but could not stand Ben Shepherds voice or that dreadful shouty woman.

Oh dear. My OH agrees with the majority on here, but i enjoyed it, it made me want to raid the coin jar and get over the arcade. We were disagreeing as to which bit they should be feeding the coin in. Light hearted, simple fun with someone winning at least some cash.

It'll be nice to hopefully see a lot of winners - that's something I've missed with The Chase being on... it's a bit of a downer when sooo many contestants try so hard and lose. This way, it looks like the winner will be guaranteed something like £2,000 if they don't make a silly decision at the end to gamble

Well i actually quite enjoyed it! I don't think Ben Shepard is that great a presenter and the game needs a few more questions but it was a welcomed break from The Chase.

I'd be tuning in again today!

Chase,Pointless,Fifteen to One,please come back. For people stuck at home like me,afternoons on TV have suddenly become quite boring.
I don't think this new quiz will replace The Chase.Poor old Ben looks half asleep anyway.
