I'm not sure about the spats/brawls between the children though, even though it's practically realistic when it comes to care kids I don't think we've ever seen a dispute sorted out between the kids through discussing.

There's a reason why I want you lot to help keep this active.

It's currently #7 on iPlayer so not so bad.

I thought it was good, I liked it. The role playing looked quite fun and it was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves until Johnny got a bit mad with power where as Elektra wasn't interested! I'm looking forward to next week's episode.

I've got no idea why most of them were so reluctant to take part in that role-play game. I thought it looked like SO MUCH FUN! I would have got so into that, whatever I was playing.

I don't actually think it was entirely Johnny's fault that the game got spoilt. He said some unacceptable things to Carmen and Lily in the heat of the moment, but they were making it very difficult for him to fulfil his role before that, and I think he was treated quite unfairly. If you're trying to fill your role in a role-playing game and people are taking what you say that personally, it will frustrate you and you are more likely to say some things you didn't mean. I'm not defending what he said; I just felt he really got the short straw there, and at least he made an effort to stay in character, which is more than can be said for some of them.

Jody was by far the best though, with the table-laying!

Johnny said that he felt important for the first time, that's why he took it so seriously. Mike assured him that if he treated people like he did that day in the future he wouldn't get anywhere in life.

It's funny how because of one person, they happen to get them all kicked out of somewhere. In the first series, i remember they were told to 'get out and never come again' by the man at the service station after they caused havoc (he was on the verge of crying ) and of course when Tee let the sheep into the house.

I wish they would handle their issues in a better way as the majority of them are teenagers; Lily, Carmen, Johnny etc. Even as care kids I would like some character development. Nice to see Floss taking some sort of active role in the episode aswell.

What was Frank doing most of the time and how did they fail to realise until the next day? I assume he was fishing.

I did give out a little snort of derision when Mike told Johnny that people in the past who mistreated their servants always came a cropper in the end. Utter BS.

Just looked up the term 'came a cropper' in more detail, it states "A disastrous failure; a fiasco". Well, as they mistreated their servants they were going to get some sort of feeling of mistreat in the future weren't they, as they happen to fail in life which I think Mike was trying to suggest. But in all fairness, he was trying to reassure Johnny about his behavior and the negative effects.

I liked the point in the episode where the tour guide suggested that an adult lay the table instead, and Jody rebelled "I'm old enough!" - I like how they didn't show too much of Tyler shoving his hand up the chicken, would have been too much to stomach

This thread is rather quiet of late.

Series low - just 423k (2.9%) but higher than everything else all week. Kids viewing habits are hardly consistent.

in regards to what he said about Carmen, she doesn't seem like her grades are 'that' bad as Johnny made out.
