Help me choose a new mobile
Currently I have a Nokia 5100, and an o2 PAYG Sim which I'd like to keep the number when I change phones.
I'm going to contract, but I ideally don't want to pay for the phone. Ideally I'd like to keep the tariff under £35 a month (which rules out the v3 unfortunately). I've looked at the Samsung E800, Nokia 7610 and 6260, and also the o2 x3. Thoughts on these phone or any recommendations? |

The camera is OK, not the best. So I'm guessing you are looking for a good camera phone then?
Like I said visit www.o2.co.uk they have the whole selection there... |

Actually phoned o2 earlier to see if they had the Nokia 6260 in black (saw it on Phones 4U site).
They were useless on the phone (after I was on hold for an eternity), and it kinda put me off buying there and then. I spent less time buying a car than I have done thinking over this decision!! |

Wait for the Samsung D500 at the end of November. It's been getting great reviews. Mobile Review said it's the closest you'll get to a perfect phone at this current time.

I ordered the D500 but was then told there would be a delay in getting hold of it, so I've gone for this: http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/show/h...il/pay_monthly

Thoughts on these phone or any recommendations? e2save.com (carphonewarehouse online) have a V3 on vodafone 200 for £30.00 pm plus £1.50 itemised billing completely free!! dont know if it will help u off the line but it may help others- u could cancel this order and order one from e2save- u have a cooling off period/. |

To be honest I'm going to give this SPV a whirl. From what I've read online over the weekend, it's a cracker of a phone. Appreciate that about the v3 though - will bear it in mind if my order isn't here this week!!

The D500 is already available now - most places got stock on the 3rd of December and they've started shipping so I'm betting they'll go out of stock soon. A couple of online shops that I would recommend:
Mobiles to Your Door - phones free on orange only tho but i think it's about 14.99 on voda etc. The Link also have it on o2 and vodafone More info on the D500 |

Mobiles 2 your door don't have the stock, despite what the website says. I ordered it only to get an email saying "several weeks" delay, hence me getting the SPV...
