As for a whole episode with the delicious Simon Walker and even more delicious Brendan Brady, yes it's very good news.
Even if they don't give us any answers we'll still get two gorgeous guys to look at for 20 minutes (oops or is that 30 minutes, don't want to give out wrong information was just thinking of all the time wasted with adverts )

I think before the two hander Brendan is supposed to get suspicious of Walker.
That's why I wondered whether the person 'closer to home' that he is supposed to be wary of was Joel. But as someone reminded me earlier with Joel also being in Later maybe not.
So many questions, I wish they would get on with it lol
I guess Walker and Brendan must get away/go on the run but does that mean that's the last we see of Brendan before Later

So now I guess we know everything we wanted to know about Ally except the one thing we all want to know - how the heck does he know Walker?
Has to be army or therapy...

So do we think Walker will kill that policeman next week, or just shoot but not kill? I'd have thought if their faces are seen they would have to kill him. I'm assuming it's Walker that pulls the trigger so Brendan 'trusts' him although I suppose Brendan could be the one to shoot...
So in Later, when it's Brendan, Cheryl, Walker, Teresa and Joel, over half of them are murderers. Only in Soapland

I can't work it out. I guess Brendan must just get really suspicious that Walker has set him up, so somehow Walker has to persuade him that he can trust him again, so he shoots the cop. But whether he does it for real I have no clue. It might not be a cop at all, just someone in uniform who's in league with Walker, and who's wearing a bullet proof vest? We know so little about Walker that anything could happen really. Maybe the whole thing is a set up - I wouldn't put it past him.

But yeah. Hilarious. I'd love Walker to find out Theresa's a murderer as well.

Yes, definitely. It reminds me of the Ste and Brendan scene from 2010 when Brendan said this to him. I don't think he ever changed his mind.

I hope that it's Walker that shoots him. That's what it sounded like to me, but who knows.
If it's Brendan I don't see how they are going to come back from him doing that.
I guess Later will provide all the answers, although I'm not sure I want to see it now.

Yay to Soap Scoop being the two-hander and especially how it says its being billed as a chance for the viewers to learn more about Walker and brendans unlikely friendship. I'm taking that to mean that we will find out what Walker did in prison that meant Brendan owed him. Don't imagine that we can trust anything Walker might say as being genuine but we might get a bit of an insight into Brendans psyche.
And on a completely shallow note, how hot does Walker look in those pics!!!

Daniel from DS hinted on twitter last night that we might get prison flashbacks at some point ... so yeah! Can't wait.

I got the impression that Brendan opened up to Walker in prison, from what Walker was saying to Brendan whem he first arrived, and I imagine this was towards the end of his time inside when he was beaten down, so will be interesting to see the level of facial hair...

If they've already filmed the 2-hander episodes, I can't think how they'd have managed to do any beardy flashback scenes, unless they made Emmett wear a stick on beard!

But I'd love a return, however brief, of Bearded Brendan (as long as it was the real thing )

I'm so looking forward to the upcoming two hander. It's got to be a dream episode for anyone who likes Brendan & Walker, and I just can't wait!!

I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be Joel. We've definitely been getting hints that he could turn on Brendan, seeing him feeling excluded by Brendan and mocked by Walker

I know everyone is suspicious of Walker, not surprising as there's so much we don't know about him - but is he really such a big player that he'd have all these people onside who are willing to get themselves shot, beaten to a pulp etc just to help him plot some vendetta against Brendan? Seems a bit extreme to me

I wondered if Walker was setting the whole thing up to make it look like Joel is the snitch? But maybe that's a sneaky twist too far. And Joel goes away with Brendan in Later, so there can't be bad blood, can there? Oo, it's a mystery wrapped in an enigma, to coin a cliche.

True, Walker does tend to pretend to be what Brendan wants. And as for Later, if they are still on speaking terms at the start then I hate to think they'd waste the opportunity to get these two naked...

There has to be a reason they haven't gone there again, right? So I just have this feeling that Later will be the time Brendan calls Walker out on the whole gay thing, and why he keeps running out on him at the crucial moment. And it could go any way really ...
