o2 messed up billing

Did anyone else receive a larger than usual bill from o2 this month?

they are claiming i wasn't billed for calls/texts since July.

what a complete cock up.

They do this occasionaly - they have been charging me for wap calls (only came to light when an advisor told me this - how nice of them!), and they've been coming out of my 'normal' call minutes, so now i'm waiting on a revised bill.

My bill was the usual price though, £50!

They've told me I havent paid my bill and if I don't cough up they'll cut me off........although I can see (and have evidence from the bank) that the DD has gone out!

they sent me my bill for this month last month, which was amazingly cheap as i used it on holiday loads, £47 or something. plus they never charge me for going over 100 free texts, sending any mms messages or even using gprs! I LOVE O2!!!

I think when you use your phone abroad it takes a while for them to add that to your bill.So you could be in for a shock in the next few months.
