I'd quite like that actually.

There would be uproar on the forums if BB did something like this but I think most people, the ones who don't spend a fortune voting, would actually quite like a bit of a twist at this stage in the show.

No they would not have to make a refund at all that would only apply if it were vote to evict. why do so many people have dificulty understanding the concept of vote to save. When you vote you are voting to save your favorite house mate nothing more since the change in the voting system the voting public have no real say in the eviction process.
