Kylie - Did It Again (Trouser Enthusiasts' Goddess of Contortion Mix)
Kylie - Where Is The Feeling (BIR Soundtrack Remix)
Kylie - Confide in Me (Big Brother Remix) Both of these are pretty much just extended mixes, but both are incredible!
Whitney - It's Not Right, But It's Okay (Thunderpuss Remix)
Michael Jackson - You Are Not Alone (Classic Club Mix)
Madonna - Erotica (William Orbit Remix)
Melanic C - I Turn To You (Hex Hector Mix). The full length version of this is definitely worth listening too. I imported the Australian single just for this track.

There will be loads of others too. I prefer remixes where the basic melody is still intact. I can't be doing with remixers who remove all sense of recognition then just loop a few blips and beeps over some random drum.

Trouser Enthusiasts have some brilliant remixes for Kylie, Dannii and Pet Shop Boys. Brothers in Rhythm are brilliant too.

Probably the best example in my eyes:
