Juicing
I'm currently undergoing a 10 day juice fast, with the possibility of extending it to 60 days if it goes ok.
So far I have made some wonderful juice concoctions. I was wondering does anyone else juice on here, not saying to the same extent as me but just make your own juices with a juicer? If so we could share recipes here

We bought a juicer about four years ago and had lots of fun making different drinks. Kiwi and strawberry were my favourites. Wasn't too keen on the veg flavours, though carrot and apple was ok.
After about six month though we Kind of got bored and havnt bothered since. And also, fruit is kind of more expensive too! It was nicer than shop bought juice that's a fact though. |
