Hi

I have a new camera and I love it to bits but despite being just over a month old it's refusing to focus. If I zoom in tight it can focus but otherwise not.

Any advice?

Probably on macro mode or manual focus. Macro is more likely as it may not have manual focus so you'll have to find it in the menu and make sure it is off. The symbol for it is usually a flower.

Hi,

I tried that - manual focus and checked macro wasn't on anywhere. It will focus once it's been turned on and off a few times. Reckon it's faulty or? Have also reset the camera.

If you've done a full factory reset with no change then I suspect it probably is faulty.
