Urgent pasta help needed.
Hey guys,
I am making fresh Tagliatelle for a dinner party I'm throwing this evening. I don't want to be making the pasta when people are here, so need to make it before hand. My question is, how to I store it until it's ready to cook? Thanks

I seen somewhere they used coat hangers strange but if you don't have a pasta tree thing then it might be the way to go.

Yea I have used coat hangers for spaghetti before, is that the best option? Will it stick together if I leave it on paper in a pile?

Angela Hartnett says she just leaves it in a pile on the counter top, sprinkled with a little flour.
