I made some cinnamon toast this morning and it was so scrummy everyone needs it in their life.

-Pre heat the oven to 175C.

-Smush up some real butter and sugar in a bowl, add ground cinnamon to taste. You can fiddle about with the amount of sugar and cinnamon to get a flavour you like- just go steady when you add the cinnamon.

-Spread the cinnamon butter on one side of a slice good bread- I used some nice crusty white. Make sure that you cover the whole slice with butter- any exposed bread will burn and that would be bad.

-Bake the bread for 10ish minutes, the butter should have melted

-After baking, put the bread under the grill until it's all golden and lovely.

Baking the bread first stops the butter melting too quickly which might make the bread soggy and yuck. This way you get a nice crispy top and the under side is slightly soft.

If you can stop at only two slices you're a better person than I.
