Wireless on Sunday was amazing, Ellie Goulding was very good live and so was Emeli Sandé in April of this year - so any of them really!

Radiohead at the Roadmender Club, Northampton, around March 1995. Outstanding!

Although 3 Colours Red with Muse at Cardiff Uni, early 1999 and Adam And The Ants at the Cornwall Coliseum in 1981 are close 2nd and 3rd faves!

Oh and Joe Strummer at Cardiff Uni around 2000 was amazing too, as well as Madonna's Girlie Show tour in 1993 and Kylie's recent Anti-Tour show in Hammersmith. Too many too mention really! lol.

The Free Nelson Mandela Concert, 1988.

There were various highs, Eric Clapton playing lead guitar for Dire Straits, George Michael singing Sexual Healing, Stevie Wonder still very much in his prime, but the stand out for me was Tracy Chapman, she was , at least over here, unknown, and she walked out just her and a guitar and sang Fast Car, never forget it.

Pulp at Brixton Academy in 2011.

My favourite band of all time, I never got to see them live first time around, although I've seen Jarvis solo loads of times, he's amazing but he never does Pulp songs solo.
I saw Pulp just before Brixton at Leeds festival which was good but I prefer more intimate venues. It surpassed all my expectations, Leeds was just a greatest hits set whereas at Brixton they played all the obvious stuff plus older tracks (such as Countdown and OU), and more unusual album tracks including Wickerman which is one of my favourite songs.

I go to loads of gigs though and it'd be difficult to pick a top 3 but the Pulp gig was just pretty much my ideal gig.
