Who saw this on It Takes Two, saying how he was gutted to be out and how he had done every episode with Bruce And Natasha and now he was out. Bless him. Poor Brendan. I never did like that Sarah Manners, too laddy, too uncouth, and rude towards him

I thought that was so sweet. Isn't it funny how both his and Kaplinsky's time on the show came to an end on the same night...

it meant so much to him, dancing is his life, so i dont blame him for being upset. maybe it brought the reality of the natasha situation home as well, i guess he will miss seeing her?

I heard they hit the bright lights of Blackpool after the show to celebrate. Yates Wine Lodge I believe - a pint of snakebite & black for Natasha and a babycham for Brendan.

I agree, he's a total tw*t, and it was his own fault he was out. Sarah is not a bad dancer and they could have been a good couple, but he demoralised her and didn't bring out the best in her. In fact he came across to me as a total git. If he had been a more encouraging they would have stayed in it for longer.

As it is, I am glad to see the back of him. Julian Clary adds much more amusement so I'm glad he stayed.

I wonder if Brendan will be in the audience tonight like Anton has been?? And whether Natasha will be too?

Ever thought that might have been down to alot of editing and things being blown out of proportion??

Whilst some of it might have been down to editing, his attitude during those clips made me totally unsympathetic towards him or inclined to vote for him. For example, when the couples were all rehearsing together on the floor for the waltz 2 weeks ago. He was bulldozing others out of the way, trying to psyche them out, and generally being a pr*t. He looked as though he wanted to win at all costs, rather than also endorsing the spirit of the competition.

The more arrogant he got, and the less encouraging he became to Sarah, the more I wanted him out of the competition, despite it meaning that Sarah also would leave.

I realise that Sarah was not completely blameless in the attitude stakes, and that editing might have not reflected that, but there you go!
