So far it is only seemingly being OTA to takju (Google I/O) devices however this is expected to change in the coming hours.

If you have already flashed the Google I/O preview of JB then you can get the final release 4.1.1 from here which will update the relevant areas on your device.

You will however need to flash it through recovery.

I got my update on Thursday OTA and Jellybean is great. It's so much smoother and i thought ICS was good. The only gripe with jellybean is the new keyboard which doesn't add punctuation to the text prediction line above the keyboard anymore so it takes a little longer to add punctuation. I'm getting used to it though, I guess it'll just take time.

+1...... the change to the prediction line has some benefits but I do miss the punctuation

Much quicker and smoother though

If you turn off "Predict Next Word" (or "Next Word Prediction" or whatever it's called), the behaviour reverts to how it was in ICS.

one of the reviews.. does it look just like on a PC, including the video?

I just got it this evening. The speech recognition is actually really good. It managed to catch my Northern accent on the first attempt when I asked "what's the weather?"
