I accept that, but the point I was making was that I do not believe that either comments were 'a threat of sexual assault'. I think Conor's comment used language that was unacceptable, and for that reason imo he should have been put out of the house.

I am not in any way defending Conor, I dislike him and I was appalled by what he said. However, I still do not believe it was a threat of sexual violence any more than Adam's statement was.

If you say you will murder someone it is a threat of murder even if you have no intention of actually wringing their neck. If you say it in too graphic or threatening a way you can be kicked out as was Alexandra

If you threaten to take an epilator and ram it up someone's minge and do the same with a brush that is a threat of sexual assault, actually rape these days. He said it in a graphic and aggressive way and one that was offensive to viewers. BB was wrong to let him remain in the house after making the threat of sexual assault.

Yes. Everyonesays they could murder someone. But they don't actually plan out the actions and lay out the whole scenario. For example we often hear someone say they could murder their kids and we dont' tend to worry. However if they say they were watchng their kids sleeping, imagined life without them as a burden and felt tearful. Then we call the psychiatrist. Still both treats but a different level of seriousness.

Most people don't threaten to sexually assault someone. It doesn't even occur to them to do so. Graphically describing how you want to do so is one step up from that.

Of course they would. Provided that he hated Luke S and had been raving about him for weeks as he had about Deana. It's the thought, the threat, the thoughts laid out graphically and the animosity that makes it so shocking.

Seriously, people need to lighten up abit, if Big Brother thought he meant it and/or it was possible he would carry it out, he would be out, we don't see everything, Big Brother does, Big Brothers decision is final, therefore BIG BROTHER rules
