Please can somebody in a region that hasn't undergone DSO, advise whether Food Network is still on at the old times, or is 24hr (or has been removed completely??)

Technically yes. And with an annoying on screen graphic that pops up in the bottom right hand corner advertising the fact its now 24 hours on Freeview...

Technically speaking they were correct in claiming that Food Network would go 24/7 on the 20th as it will only have done 13 hours on 19th.

In the North-east it only starts at six but my Panasonic seven day guide gives full programme details, however if you select a programme before six the 'back at six' caption comes up.

Here is what top up tv have said about it not being on there 14 day guide!

Thanks for contacting Top Up TV.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your guide. It may be advisable to change your TV guide type. The procedure to change your guide type is as follows:-

Menu > Set Up > Change your box settings.
Highlight TV guide type and change with the left or right arrow key.

Allow up to 2 hours for your guide to populate completely. Please be aware that changing guide type will delete any planned recordings.

Food Network is not one of our channels and we have no control over it.

So are they now saying there own 14 day guide which they run is S**T?

In pre-DSO Northern Ireland we have a 24 hour EPG but only can watch from 6pm-10pm.

I just received another email from topup tv and they are now saying that the 14 day guide belong to Freeview? If that was so if a program was running late my box would record the program but not so? Anyone any ideas who owns the guide?

The 14 day guide is owned by TUTV. They're obviously just crazy. The 7 day guide is Freeview.

Er, yes, 8 day, sorry. Yeah, that's Channel 5's fault, it's always been like that - other channels don't have the same issue.

I too was puzzled by this. I've recieved more channels recently presumably from the first part of the Tees update but FNUK just has a holding page.

I guess it's a couple of months wait until I actually get what they're promoting.
