How do I stop my Puppy acting so aggressive?

Hey all
So, I have an 11 week old boxer puppy, and she's you typical puppy. She's brought a lot of happiness to a house that lost their beloved dog 6 months ago.
My major issue really is that she can be quite vicious. I know puppies will bite anything including their owners, and they are most of the time only playing, but I was wondering if any of you have any advice regarding how to stop her biting us. I ask because just now she literally went for my face; I was sat on the floor throwing a ball for her to go after, and as my little cousins are visiting in a few wees, I'm worried she could them some damage if we don't get her to stop.

I would give her time out when she does this. IE game stops just like that and ignore her. She'll make the connection eventually.

She needs to know it hurts you a yelp and withdraw from the game so she understands what she is doing is not on.

This is how we trained our pup. As soon as we felt his teeth on our skin (even if it didn't hurt) we would yelp and shy away, stop playing. I read somewhere that they realise we are super weedy and can only take gentle mouthing. That is exactly what he does now, gentle mouthing. This also helps if the dog were to 'nip' someone, the theory is that they would know that strength wouldn't be needed.

In fact he's quite funny now, when one of us returns instead of slobbering and biting he picks up a toy and greets us with it (doesn't want to play...yet, just holds it) I swear it's so he can keep his mouth occupied and if I now occasionally do feel his teeth with any strength I yelp and then have to be prepared to be licked to death.
