Leanne wasn't in Corrie when Todd kissed Nick I don't think. I think that happened just before she returned so she may not know about it. Leanne and Nick split up in the 90s because she got pregnant.

Tamwar's burns - had a whopping 2 minutes devoted to it once the character left hospital. Some of EE's story pacing has been dreadful - unless they don't like the actor that much.

is the actor that used to play Nick , Adam i think it was, is he gay in real life? just watched Leanne and Nicks wedding.

Tommy and the drug dealers. As soon as Rick and his gang were arrested, it has never been mentioned again. Tommy and Tina haven't even been questioned by police or anything. Ridiculous.

Grace and Mercy in EE last year - were they both deported? - no explanation was ever really forthcoming and Fatboy couldn't have been that much "in love" with Mercy as he's not mentioned her once ever since. Not that I'm bothered by it really! Also Vanessa's sudden disapperance into suburbia after her drop off from Eddie Moon's car last year....with her never to be mentioned by anybody in the Square again.

I think Todd leaned in for a quick kiss and Nick freaked out and he is not gay. Nick made a big deal about it and eventually broke up Todd and Sarah by outing Todd. This was the time of Gail's wonderful comment about Jason and the builder Tracey killed as being the "rest of the Village People".

Gail gets some fabulous one liners ... "Norman Bates with a briefcase" was another.

Bella in Hollyoaks from waaay back. Posh student who was always a little off with everyone, then she started thawing with Cameron (I think) before they discovered her big secret (her family was poor) and then she randomly disappeared never to be mentioned again.

I always thought that was a shame as she had potential.

Yeah Todd kissing Nick was the start of the Todd 'being gay' storyline. The 'kiss' was billed as Corrie's first ever gay kiss ... even though Todd only very briefly touched lips with Nick who leapt out to his feet and warned that Todd had made 'the wrong move'.

Nick told Sarah and Gail about Todd and left Weatherfield soon after. Sarah didn't believe Nick but I think Gail had her doubts. Todd then went on to have an affair with Karl the gay nurse which ended in the infamous clash between Gail and Eileen on the street.

Something that has been forgotten is the feud between Leanne and Maria. When Leanne returned in 2004 Maria and Nick were in a relationship. A year earlier in 2003 Maria had had a fling with Toyah's boyfriend John Arnley (played by the same actor who plays DS Redfern - yum!) by whom she fell pregnant. When the affair was found out, Maria claimed that John had raped her and had an abortion. When Toyah found out that Maria was lying she left Weatherfield for good.

Leanne's main storyline on her return in 2004 was getting revenge on Maria for what she did to Toyah and for being with Nick. Maria didn't know who Leanne was so Leanne put herself in all sorts of situations to hear Maria badmouthing Nick's ex-wife (one notable scene being when Leanne went to get her hair done in the salon while Maria went on about how horrid Leanne was!)

Another forgotten nugget is that Maria also had a fling with Peter in about 2006/2007!

Yeah that was completely out of no where, he didnt look that bothered. Even pushed her off he was that eager to get rid of her.
