Help I've Forgotten the Title
A colleague mentioned a film today about a cop who made a promise to a mother that he would catch the serial killer who murdered her son. I am sure he said it was called The Commitment but I can't find a film by that name that fits the description.
Any ideas? I would like to watch it tonight
