Never tried before was wondering if they allow UK based fans to buy the feed or is it geoblocked please?

It's geoblocked but you can buy a VPN for about £7 and watch it.

www.superpass.real.com to buy the feeds for $39.99 for the season

If you're from the UK then you also need to buy a VPN or use HS to trick it into thinking you're from the US. I got mine from ibvpn.com for 3 months for £4.99 but think the price has gone up now.

It masks your IP address and tricks websites into thinking you're from the US meaning you can watch the feeds.

So the website insists on new accounts having a US street address. This stymied me until I phoned Seattle and got a very nice Indian sounding chap to open and activate an old account, with my UK address and using a British email address and a British credit card.

I'm innnnnnnnnn

That's good. It wouldn't be the same without you!

It's worth knowing before you buy a feed that they censor it so you can't see most of the competitions (tasks) which are essential in deciding HoH and Veto, but they do spoil them before you watch the HLs as the HGs talk about them.

$39.99 for the whole season at www.superpass.real.com you must sign up using a VPN or proxy so it thinks you're from the US as it won't work if you're from the UK

It was $29.99 until yesterday.. always key to get in on the early bird specials.. you can try it for free for 3 days.. if you don't like it - cancel.. but you'll be sent India via Seattle (they're outsourced overseas) --- if you call to cancel.. and they give you a huge sales pitch to try to get you to stay subscribed..

PS - if you change your zip to a Chinese zip code (which can be done AFTER you sign up) -- then you can cancel online without going through the motions/ long sales pitches... For whatever reason it won't let you cancel ONLINE if you have a US zip.. (or it used to not allow it)..

Just ordered and setup the client from ibVPN. Very easy to do even for the biggest idiot on IT level (aka me).

Using proxy's found "free" on the internet didn't do the trick for this years feeds. They must've changed something once again.

I've just signed up for the SuperPass Big Brother 14 live feed but it's not working. It just keeps coming up 'loading' but nothing loads. I can watch old clips - they load OK - but the Flashback option & the current live feeds just has 'loading'.

Do I need to get Realplayer?
Do I need to get a VPN (I signed up for a two hour trial at IBVPN but it didn't solve the problem - still comes up 'loading'? Does anyone know if I should choose something different other than say London1 Option 10? I'm located in Peterborough, UK.

You need a VPN and connect to a US server so it thinks you're in the US. That should solve your problem

Can I get Superpass monthly for $14.99? Thinking it would be better to do that and pay for 2 months at $29.99.

Not too fussed if it doesn't take me into the last week or so as its like a ghost town then anyway.

Do you know for sure that the reason I keep getting only a 'loading' message on the live feed is because I lack a VPN? Just wondering if others have experienced this exact same problem with the same permanent on screen 'loading' message - which was solved just by using a VPN? Why does the SuperPass allow me to load/see old clips if it's just the VPN? Surely trying to use SuperPass without an VPN would stop me from seeing anything on there?

Yes; permanent "Loading" screen means it thinks you're trying to connect from outside the US.
Try Hotspot Shield first as it's free. If that doesn't work the www.ibvpn.com US/Canada package is only £7 for 3 months.

I'm not sure when the final is but I expect you would miss the final three endurance competition.

Does anyone know if it works with HotSpot shield?
I'm willing to pay, but I need to know.

I haven't tried it but I imagine it wouldn't be very good and probably continuously stutter. Try Hotspot Shield with some YouTube videos first or something and see how streaming works for you with it.
