I guess I'll be downloading this weekly the day after each episode airs.

I have a feeling that sales of spiral-ratcheting screwdrivers will be on the rise after this episode.

Scarface
The show creators have always said they wanted to take a mild mannered teacher and make him Scarface. I loved the Scarface reference in this episode (say hello to my little friend)
Good opening to the series but it was over way too soon. |

The problem for people like me who pretty much watched every episode from Season 1 to Season 4 in a week...having to wait a week in between episodes then have a year break part way through is going to kill me!

The show returned with its best ever viewing figures last night. Good to know.

Great opener.
First time I've ever watched a show streamed live from the official site. I'd never heard of Dish TV but I'm glad they stopped showing the show. |

I get that feeling also. He used to be a trail blazing visionary chemist who lost out due to selfish partners and got trapped by domesticity and commitments. Now he's a trail blazing chemist who kills anyone who might compromise him and only keeps up the artifice of domesticity because it's what is expected of him.

![]() ![]() I agree Walt's always been badass- remember Ken wins and 'stay out of my territory' in season 1?I loved this episode, so many new threads to unravel- the cold open with Walt's new identity (using Skyler's maiden name!) seemingly returning to ABQ, Ted being alive- it's never going to be so clear cut as he won't say a word-, Gus' Cayman Islands account... Walt was never short on ego but that this took it to a new level- 'I forgive you' 'I won', 'Because I say so' ![]() I love this show ![]() ![]()
