For newbies, the logic of the 6pm-6pm thing is that it's roughly when the houseguests are up California time (BBT). So whoever gets here first after 6pm BST please start the new thread. It's worth sticking to exactly the same syntax for the title, as it helps people who are catching up by reading through several days worth.

The thread will include who has won the contests etc, so avoid it like the plague if you're only watching the Highlights shows!

I am still a bit confused with the team thing. Have they got to stick to them, as I love watching the alliances form and all the whispering/plotting.

Morning Mirage. That's a good point; the plotting may be mostly done by the coaches, which would be rather dull.

Julie teased in the ads about possible tension from team members going against their coach's wishes.

I'm hoping the regular players have a little leeway in choice.

Follow @BigBroLiveFeeds for technical info about the feeds. They've just the trivia or fish won't be on before 6am; they just turn the feed on.

Can someone make a sticky on how to get the live feed... Like what to do during sign up process, which VPN is the best, etc.

I think it's in the HG's interest to eliminate their team mates asap, thereby becoming their mentor's sole focus and only way to win. There are deals to made there.

It's in the mentors' interest to seperate the wheat from the chaff and make deals when necessary, to sacrifice appropiately. So atleast 3-5 HG's (the least favoured) would be wise not to trust their mentors at all.

The other 3 mentors might each be trying to make a deal with Britney to push Hantz into nominating the 2 apparently strongest players from the other 2 teams. But I predict Boogie and Janelle pushing to further weaken Dan's position. I predict Dan offering Hantz a defensive alliance, especially if he tells him everyone knows his surname.

If I was Hantz, I would make my own alliance regardless of Britney and I'd nominate both my team mates, if I believed I would be safe next week.

But then, what's this "brand new" power?

If you don't already have a superpass account it may be difficult. Their service is now exclusive to North America and new accounts require an American street address on sign up. I don't know if anyone has circumvented this yet, but it should be possible to ahem...appropriate an address from the American Yellow Pages. IDK. What I do know is you will need an American ip addy or the feeds won't work. You can use Hotspot Shield (free) or pay for a vpn (cheapest are around $5 a month) shop around, there are plenty.

The website (http://www.real.com/superpass/bigbrother) refused to let me sign in, refused to let me open a new account and refused my credit card. As a last throw, I phoned Seattle and asked them to re-open 1 of my many old accounts and to my surprise they did!

Unless anyone else knows better, I would get a free trial vpn (there are a few that last for 3 days) find a fake American address to sign up with and then hope they accept your credit card.

Can you not just open an account with the co.uk site and then go to Jokers Updates with your VPN connected and click on the superpass link on there?

I have a UK account and when I click the superpass link, I just need to log in with my real account email and passie and I am good to go. I have been subscribing to the feeds for years without any problems, but then I am not actually opening an account on the american site, so don't need an american address.

Oh and Hotspot Shield (free) is working lovely for me again this year (so far).

I am connected up to BB Lite at the moment and watching the streaming from last year. Sure is weird watching it and knowing the outcome.

They're suggesting on Survivor Sucks that BB lite may not work, and recommending this one instead:

I've just this minute installed it on here and on thr laptop. Someone said the guy that did BBLite tweeted that it wouldn't work this year. Shame, it's a great player.

He said he's re-doing it and will be available in a few days. He can't do it until the feed starts, as he has to analyse it etc.

The B3V one is good though, does much the same thing.
