I have just tried to log into facebook, and i have just got a webpage up saying my account has been sending out spam and that my account has been temporerily suspended, it says i must confirm i am a real person,it asks me for my details, name, address, and phone number, but whats really worrying me is that at the bottom of all this it is asking me for my credit card details.

Has anybody else had this?

Nothing on their form asking for credit card details. Better safe than sorry.

I think it highly unlikely that Facebook are asking for credit card details. If you have access to a different computer, try logging in on that. If you find you can log in on a different computer change your password.

You own computer may have a browser hijack or virus. Download Malwarebytes (the free version will do) and scan the effected machine.

Multiple simple spelling errors?

It's obviously a scammer whose first language isn't English.

The fact the notification is full of spelling mistakes and asks for your credit card details is enough to say it is a scam.

Try logging in on another computer or mobile phone, to confirm whether you have been suspended or not.

Your computer is probably infected with some kind of malware, probably a browser hijacker of some kind.

Make sure your anti-virus is fully up to date.
Login to your computer as Administrator.
Run a FULL virus scan.

Download and install MalwareBytes free version.
Run a FULL scan, it should report if it finds anything.

You can details of why and what you should be asked, and how to access your account again here:
https://www.facebook.com/help/account_recovery

EDIT: Oops, I see it is the OP not you who was asked for credit card details, sorry.

The link above though should still give you the info you need.
