I live in England - can I use an Irish VPN to watch RTE? Thanks.

They have it listed in their supported sites and offer a free trial so you can give it a go. http://unblock-us.com/ |

It's working fine for me using http://www.rte.ie/live/
I did notice earlier that with the program's that say Ireland Only that if you go to the 'How To Setup' page on unblockus site and select US as your region it will allow you to watch them. |

Is it normal for RTE not to show ads on its online player?

Working perfectly since I got back home to Nottingham! Brilliant service. Highly recommended! Fair City at last!
![]() EDIT: Well it was until about 5 minutes ago. Now I can't receive it. Not much point is there when you only get RTE when the damn thing feels like it.

haha confused! Is it working for you or not? I've not noticed any hiccups with RTE but I only use the smartdns service, not the VPN
