Re the B3V viewer, the start-up sequence is
1. Connect with your VPN or Hotspot Shield
2. Superpass page as usual; log in if you have to
3. Minimise to taskbar
4. Double-click "Shortcut to B3V viewer"
5. Resize it to the top left quadrant of your screen. That's Feed 1
6. Start another B3V viewer, resize to top right of screen, click Feed 2
7. Similarly for feeds 3 and 4.
Each Feed is now separately resizable. I usually mute all the volumes except one. If something big happens on one of the feeds, just maximise that window to fill the screen.
If nothing much is going on, minimise feeds 2-3-4 to the taskbar, and have just feed 1 in say the top-right corner of the screen, so you can do other stuff on your computer while keeping an eye on the feed.
It's worth using instead of the Superpass viewer, if only for the much better picture quality.
