Archos 502047 on Amazon is £187, that has 8GB built in, 3G, ICS, microSD, flash, Google Play and a 10" screen.

The 16GB version is £205.

Archos is a relatively well known brand, its not some random chinese company.

EDIT Turns out you have to buy 3G add-on (they have a thing in the back to replace, it doesn't stick out or anything) for an extra £43 so that'd bring it to £230 and out of your budget.

Maybe you'd be better off with a MiFi.
