Yeah i use it, I find it faster than Safari and I like that tabs sync between devices.

I dislike no bookmark bar and I get a bug where the keyboard doesn't appear properly when I click on a field like this one, sometimes it takes 3 goes.

That's what you get when you choose a non open platform. Apple very tightly controls what it will let you do, anything else even setting a different default browser requires you to jailbreak. That and the fact that the iPhone is just a wall of apps and nothing but app icon after app icon is the reason why I went to Android. It's so much more customisable and open.

Just jailbreak the thing. You should be able to choose what is your default browser on your phone. And you will have never have felt so ALIVE.

You're not alone. this happens on both my Galaxy S2 running Chrome and iPad 3.

Very annoying.

Also had it where the keyboard disappears whilst typing. On the Beta of Chrome the keyboard actually crashed the phone!

Yaaaaawn!! Pointless contribution.

You can if you wish turn off Safari within the "Restrictions" in General Settings. This will stop hyperlinks links opening with Safari. Only pain is you need to hold down on a link and select "Copy" and paste it into your chosen browser. But at least it eliminates Safari opening with everything.

I did this with the YouTube app because the mobile version was far better quality.

I like how there's a most visited tab & a recently closed pages easily available. It does seem to render quicker than Safari too

That’s down to opinion. Being able to turn things on and off is as far as Apple go, it works fine for those who have iPhones. Their OS is indeed not without it’s faults, but as long as people use it in their droves I don't see why they would change it. People prefer what people prefer. It just sad that in about an hour this thread could possibly become the new Apple bash thread instead of answering the actual Q.
