There is no doubt in my mind that StoneCold, without a shadow of doubt, has to be the most respeted and sensible poster on this thread. He is what I would describe as the 'ideal Rangers' supporter.

Sorry if this embarrasses you mate but you really are a credit to your club. It's such a pity no one representing your club can speak with such dignity. I feel for all Rangers supporters who are similar to yourself.

I've no doubt there are many, many more thousands out there who have been let down so badly by the Rangers heirarchy ... past and present. For your sake I hope Rangers sort themselves out soon.

Hopefully one day the 'silent majority', the thousands and thousands of decent Rangers and Celtic fans will be the winners in the long run.

If any other club in Britain believe they can cast any stones then I would ask them to take a reality check. If anyone believes that 'underhand' actions haven't taken place at their clubs in some shape or form then they know nothing of business people whatsoever.

Thank you for your kind words

I do genuinely believe that there are thousands more Rangers fans who are of the same ilk as myself and who just want to move on and get on with watching the team we love play football.

For far too long the goings on off the pitch at Rangers (and other clubs) over shadow the results and performances on the pitch. This IMO is wrong, and what has happened to us has given not only Rangers but the whole of Scottish football to start a fresh. Its as if someone has pressed the 'reset' button on our whole game.

As for what you say about other clubs having underhand dealings going on I do not doubt that for one bit. Rangers dealings were just on a completely ridiculous scale and were always going to be found out. I just hope any outstanding issues are resolved ASAP so we can get back to the football. The challenge to get back in the top flight is on. I look forward to it

That glamorous we are lucky if there are 20k there today!

A far cry from the days when a pre season friendly against decent opposition would get 40k plus.

Celtic not doing too badly but Serie A doesn't start until 25th August.

Crowd looks less then 20,000, suprised, thought there would be a good crowd.

Commons goal a cracker, hope he starts on Wednesday.

I think that is isn't a free game on a season book played a big part in the crowd.

I'd have liked to head down but keeping quiet after being in Germany.

The starting line up on Wednesday will be an interesting one. Loads of options in midfield.

Inter get a last minute equaliser after Celtic play the last 10 minutes with 10 men after Commons has to come off injured.

A good workout but tempered by the injuries to Stokes and Commons.

FT 1-1 Inter equalised with 2 minutes left with Celtic down to 10 men having used all subs.

Under 20,000 v Internazionale, with the ole lisbon lions being paraded yet again too, dear oh dear, better get used to it. Who wants to watch a 1-horse spl title race? Anyone, Anyone? There will be more interest in how the Rangers are doing in the lowest tier of scottish football, working their back up through the leagues hence the reason the spl have been trying every trick to include Rangers' matches in any tv deal that will be signed.

How many times did you practice that before you believed it?

Id rather watch the one horse race than see the alternative.

Maybe if you were in the SPL you would have paid for Lee Wallace and Ian Black would have got his Hearts contract. I wonder what became of him.........

Disgusting.

Who watched the SPD in the late 80s through to 1997 when Rangers outspent everyone else season after season and won the league a record equalling number of times in a row?

Have people really forgotten this??

A new team cannot work their way back up, they have started at the bottom.

The sad thing that some Celtic fan actually sat there for hours puting that together.
How cringeworthingly embarrassing.
And yet they claim not to be obsessed?

Season tickets sales up for most SPL sides at this stage compared to last summer.

I think we all know this 'obsession' is a two-way phenomenon. If you look at certain posters throwing up 'scandals' as a means to justify Celtic losing titles then one would have to admit that the 'obsession' is at times beneath contempt ... that works for both sides.

Scottish football is clearly dying without Rangers in the SPL.

Surely Charles Green didn't tell BBC Scotland that the decisions being made are down to bigotry?

There's a bit of rage flying about because the BBC commentators are talking about "new Rangers".

I quite agree. They should be referred to as Sevco.
