Is the 6pm start due to it being in Moscow?

Usually Europa League games start at 18.00

What a shame for itv and stv - they won't be able to show any of Celtic's home games.

I'm guessing celtics televised game on sep 30th against Motherwell will be moved to Saturday, possibly a 1730 kick off to avoid espn clash

I've got a feeling we'll be bidding for Russell tomorrow, possibly Templeton as well.

I'm pretty sure it'll be 5pm for the Spartak game, because UEFA use CET which is +1hr.

Certainly, every game in Russia in past seasons has been a 5pm KO.

I was just looking at the UEFA fixtures document (to see what games were on what days for all clubs) and it's 6pm CET, which is 5pm BST/GMT.

Shocker from Reina but no more that Hearts deserve.

Liverpool have badly under estimated Hearts and deserve what they have so far.

Hearts reject bids from a SFL3 club for Templeton and McGowan

Bid was for less than £1m for the pair.

Have to say Scottish Football is looking up, Hearts did Scottish Football proud and not afraid to admit it, I'm very jealous......Celtic also making the group stages of the Champions League, a group I think they could come 2nd in. Motherwell gave a good account of themselves too apparently.

I can't begin to imagine what the euphoria of the Hearts fans must have felt like when they took the lead at Anfield. They took a large support down and sung for 90 mins. I just hope Hibs can get to those heights. Struggling in the bottom 6 for a few seasons now and losing to a division 2 side in the same week as your rivals are taking on Gerrard, Suarez etc: and taking the lead at Anfield.

Hopefully Scotland can have a positive start to the qualifying campaign, I've booked my tickets for the Serbia match, not sure I can make the Macedonia game yet. I'm also going to Belgium in October......really caught the bug of following Scotland in the last year or 2.

Not sure about that. To have only 1 side left in europe at such an early stage is not food enough.

Looking at the weekend's fixtures, when was the last time we had a full card of top-flight games with none live on TV?
