You must be my arch nemesis.

Signed, a Dundee and Liverpool fan

Surely the SFA have Rangers over the proverbial barrel? The rules of transferring membership are clear --- any sanction can be imposed. So it doesn't matter what was said in court; a transfer embargo is available as a sanction, as is making Ally McCoist wear a funny hat during every game.

I think I am his arch nemesis, but you can be my deputy if you want!

I would love to see the SFA implement a ruling like Ally has to wear a big Pink stupid hat every game, as part of their punishment!

ah whataboutery, if yo can't think of anything else you use whataboutery to trump them

well done
How many times, no matter what they think. You cannot transfer history. Does this mean that Sevco now owe HMRC mega millions of ££££££££££s , cos that's part of their tainted history.
so celtic according to you don't have the european cup from 67, so that star on their jersey means **** all?

Just made my point. Wish it had been my day but, I suspect, it has been a long time since you've done that for any one.

Sad little child ... don't forget to get Mum to tuck you in.

well they did if they kept their history, however they changed company in 94 and as we all know because they transfered all assets to a new company they lose their history, according to cuttysark

me i don't care what any **** says, celtic stil celtic, leeds is still leeds, rangers is still rangers

Only in the mind of one set of supporters.

Many of your modern titles were won while operating the EBT scheme. People will not forget that regardless of what "history" is kept.

Im afraid thats just the way it is.
EBT's were not illegal - even Celtic operated one. Of course how you administer them is a whole different matter and one that has still not been decided yet .... but with your vast knowledge of Scottish football you knew that already didn't you.

Yes, I thought it would be this nonsense. Celtic did not change their company in 1994, it is the same company, with the same company number that they have had for over 100 years, they changed their status to a plc. I am sure this has been explained many times to you, but either you cannot or will not accept it and therefore I will not get into any further debate with you on this matter.

Leeds are the same club as the excited with a CVA, something that the old Rangers did not do. Had they managed to exit with a CVA, then they would have been the same club, but they didn't, they will soon be liquated and they will be no more.

A new club will start in the third division, with a new name, new badge and new strip, and of course no history. Assuming they manage to get a license.

Actually, it has been decided, HMRC have handed the bill to the old club, they have appealed the total. The decision that Rangers operated them wrongly has been made by HMRC. What has still to be decided is how much the old club owe.

Also means a transfer of membership so the clubs history remains intact
The football club has been liquidated.

You are supporting a new club.

Duff and Phelps have already accepted this.

And young boys were being abused within celtic walls by celtic staff while while they won titles.
People will never forget that either, Im afraid that's just the way it is.
Celtic fans post condolences about the son of an ex-Ranger player dying.

Orc filth try to point score. That is why the rest of Scotland hate some of your fans.

Except, as has been pointed out to you by Pedrok, but you seem too dim to understand, Celtic never changed company. What is our company number? What was it when we first became a company?

Your argument is horrifically bad when it is based on false perception.

Actually, it has been decided, HMRC have handed the bill to the old club, they have appealed the total. The decision that Rangers operated them wrongly has been made by HMRC. What has still to be decided is how much the old club owe.

You do realise that every major club has a holding/parent company that is set up to protect the actual club in events like these?? Rangers had it, Celtic have it, Man Utd have it, Liverpool have it ...

NEWCO not NEWCLUB it isn't exactly rocket science fella.

Sorry, but it is late now. Too tired for any of this nonsense.

It has been explained, again, you either cannot or will not understand.

If EBTs are used to pay employees and avoid paying tax on wages then that is illegal. That is what Rangers did. You don't need a vast knowledge of Scottish Football for that. Was it not Papac who stopped being paid appearance money because the EBT was covering that part of his salary?

It has a direct relation to the post i was responding to.
Someone saying people wont forget what was going on at Rangers football club while titles were being won, my point was far worse things were going on within celtics ground when they won titles.

they are far from the holy than thou they portray themselves to be.

But of course this thread being so anti Rangers, i didnt expect anything less.
