Janelle says (correctly) that it's her team that wants Frank out and Britney's team is vacillating, despite Britney.
I think they need to get rid of Frank to hurt Boogie because he is making so much progress with his team. Dan is just sitting back waiting for halftime so he can start playing for himself.

Exactly, once Shane didn't use the POV I wouldn't even try to talk to Willie. They need to talk with the people who can actually vote. It's quite exhausting to watch now.

Well they have planned daily meetings to go over the events and thoughts of the day. Then they plan 1 big 'decision' meeting where they finally decide.
