[Game] The X Factor: Back To Basics - Judges' Houses

Hello and welcome to back to Back To Basics, the X Factor game without any twists and special things, just the basic format.

Last time, the judges were announced and given their categories. Over the past few days, they have put together a shortlist of eight acts they would like to mentor, and today they will have to axe a number of those acts before we can head into the liveshows!

Please welcome our fantastic four: the judges!

Soppyfan
and his eight girls

pothutic
and his eight overs

Vister and his eight boys

and Kuda_Kunaka and his eight groups

Today, they will be unveiling their respective categories, and the other judges will be allowed to comment on each of the acts of the other mentors. After that, the judges will have to pick the acts they think they can win the competition with!

Judges, please confirm your presence.

So the judges will each show the others which eight acts they've chosen, and the others will comment on each of the acts. After that, the judges will have to pick the three acts they will be taking through to the live shows. Unfortunately, that means a staggering 20 acts will be leaving us here today. Good luck everyone!

All right, two judges will have to do. We'll start off with pothuthic's overs!

Poth, show us the eight overs you have chosen please.

Okay, I don't like the speed at which this show is progressing. If no action is taken within 7 minutes I'm going to postpone the show to Thursday.

You know what, here are the FINAL 32. Judges, please comment on the suitability of each act for the liveshows. You can take your time, as long as you post your 32 comments before tomorrow night. If at least one other mentor has commented on each of your acts you may proceed to send me the THREE acts you're taking through to the live shows. I'll reveal these tomorrow night after Mix It Up.

The Overs

seeing the list, i just got the image of Louis Walsh in my head

Johnny Robinson- you have a sweet voice thats for sure but im not sure if you are creditable to be on the final 3, but thats really up tp your mentor

Wagner - you have a rocky tone to your voice that i love, you are original but my only doubt is have you really got the X in X Factor, you are charismatic and funny and i understand your mentor has a really tough decision, but good luck

Goldie cheung - Hmm you are a very interesting act to see, you dont have the best voice in this category but honestly, i would pay to see you perform because you are CLASS

Sami - Sami i could just cloe my eyes and hear you sing, because your talent speaks for itself. you are different because you dont need massive production or anything, your voice is just beautiful. And you are size sexy mama

Kitty Brucknell - you are like marmite and i'd spread you all over my toast. you remind me of a young madonna and i just get you. good luck

Olly Murs - you are a star, you mentor has got to take you through, you are just a young bright shinning star..simple as that

Storm Lee - Hmm i dont know what to say really, you are not my favourite but that isnt a negative at all. Should your mentor take you thrugh I dont wish you to take the mockery out of this show, if that makes sense

Chico Slimani - id love to see you in this competition. you are a funny act but you can actually sing.. and man, you soo are my cup of tea

The Girls

I have to say this category is pretty strong.

Diana Vickers - your voice is soo adorable, good luck

Laura White - another really good singer in this category and i belive you can go very far is your mentor takes you the right direction

Stacey Solomon - your tone boo, its just phenomenal

Lucie Jones - you have quite a large vocal range but i have to say you arent the strongest singer in this category for me

Cher Lloyd - you have got a diva attitude which i actually quite like, you might not be the best singer in this category, but i think you are going to be a star

Amelia Lily - wow, your voice mama.. you shut the building down and you have star quality which is what this show is all about

Janet Devlin - aww i just looove looove you Janet, your vpice is sooo sweet and good luck tonight

Sophie Habibis - your voice is a power ballad and i believe you can sell records. you have got talent sophie, be proud

Soppyfan, what a tough decision you have mate.. i dont envy at all

The Boys

Leon Jackson - i dont know if you know this, but you are an amazing singer and I just look forward to what you would do if your mentor was to take you through

Rhydian Roberts - i have to be honest here. i will not be the one to buy your album.sorry. but with hard work and determination, i see you more of an opera singer.. thats all from me. good luck

Joe McElderry - your tone is great but at this stage, your vocals are not to standard with other in this category

Matt Cardle - now thats talent at its best. your soulfull tone is just amazing. you are one of my favourites and.. i just adore you.. good luck

Aiden Grimshaw - aiden, you are not bad at all, and if you are to be picked, i very much look forward to seeing you rogress and grow in this competition because i know what you are capable to achieve by the end of this

Frankie Cocozza - oh frankie, what can i say? you are quite a good singer but my question is 'is being a singer really your goal in life?', that just leave me cynical

Marcus Collins - wow i love your voice man.. you've got that old skool flavour like bruno mars.. its just amazing

Craig Colton - now thats a vocal.. you are a power ballad singer and i would buy 10 copies of your album.. you are just so amazing like that

good luck Vinny mate

JLS - One of the best groups in this line-up, I think you're gonna be around for a very long time.

Hope - You're all good but will you get the support is what concerns me. Good luck.

The Risk - Should've gone further and I reckon you could be the darkhorses of the competition.

Belle Amie - A girl group that has all the potential to be stars. as long as you get the right songs. Be great to have you on the Live shows.

Kandy Rain - I hope your mentor treats you better than a certain Louis Walsh... *cough*Jedward*cough*

Miss Frank - Same goes for you girls, I would love to see what your mentor can come up with. Good luck, girls.

Voices With Soul - Certainly underrated, you could have a something, good luck to you.

One Direction - You have all the teenage support going for you, I think you'll be around for a while.

Like me with my girls, you've got a few hard choices to make.

Leon Jackson - Definitely not one of the best singers, but if anyone can pull off upsets, I guess you could. Good luck.

Rhydian Roberts - You were robbed...plain and simple! However, will your voice be able to cope with other genres besides opera?

Joe McElderry - You have all the talent to go very far and I think your mentor should put you through.

Matt Cardle - The best boy in the line-up, you deserve to be on the live shows!

Aiden Grimshaw - Your voice and your expression...there's loads your mentor could do, good luck.

Frankie Cocozza - Like Leon, not the best singer, but you are controversial. But still, not worthy of the live shows I'm afraid.

Marcus Collins - You've got soul and a lot of it, I think you could go far in the competition, good luck.

Craig Colton - You can sing well, but will you have the support? I hope you do.

Some tough choices, but I think I know which boys will make it.

Diana Vickers - would be good with the right attention
Laura White - not really basic enough
Stacey Solomon - yes just yes!
Lucie Jones yes just yes again!
Cher Lloyd no just no,
Amelia Lily could benefit from,this.
Janet Devlin see above
Sophie Habibis hopefully not.

Johnny Robinson - In the words of a certain Barlow, you are not a novelty act, you are a good singer! I think you're gonna surprise us all.

Wagner - You can be very funny, but this is about the voice...god I'm beginning to sound like Tom Jones here. Well good luck to you.

Goldie Cheung - Umm...I'm afraid you haven't got enough strength in your voice, sorry.

Sami Brookes - Should've gone further, I hope you get modern hits and great tracks and be on the live shows.

Kitty Brucknell - Definitely a lot of creativity can be planned here, but I'm also sure that on here, you will get the votes.

Olly Murs - The best over in the line-up, you have it all! Your mentor better pick you for the live shows!

Storm Lee - I think you could be a massive risk if you get picked, cause I think with the right song, you could be a surprise. Good luck.

Chico Slimani - Ahhh, who can forget Chico time? Well not me obviously, you could well be a wildcard. Good luck to you as well.

Good luck with these choices, but I think I know who's gonna make it.
