Cheapest Pay As You Go USB Dongle
Any recommendations for a cheap USB dongle.
It's going to be 2/3 months before I can get my landline sorted for Broad Band but need to check my mail etc. |

This would be better off in the forum for phones.
You can buy a three dongle from amazon for £17.82 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Huawei-Mobil.../dp/B005BE40R4 It has 1GB pre loaded and lasts a month, when done you can buy additional months for £4.50 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Original-Bro.../dp/B0047GJI9W or 3 months for £11.81 You can ofcoarse pay three for more data each month rather than replacing the SIM but it's much more expensive, this is a cheaper way. |

The T-Mobile dongles that Argos sell for about £20 are not too bad.
You can pay £15 for one month with a 1GB limit. They dont just cut you off when you use up all of the 1GB. You can still browse and send as much email as you want, but video streaming, downloads and other high bandwidth services will be restricted. |

Given I only really want it for email that would mean it would last for ever

£19.99 including £10 top up Free delivery
http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/mobil...615-pink-payg/ Just top these up when you need to use it (from £5) but you must connect to the internet at least once every 180 days to preserve the balance. £2 one day £3 two days £7 week £15 month Mine hasn't seen the light of day for months but is handy as a back up. I'm not very keen on this colour though ( the one I have is black) |

Having checked the site I cannot see what data allowance you get for your day/week/month payment

The Three PAYG data sims expire one month after activation unfortunately. Which is a pain as I use them in a MiFi device when travelling and have yet to use anything like 1GB before they expire,
PAYG voice sims don't expire after a month - why do data ones? |
