Bt Infinity Charge Advise Please
I had a letter from bt today advising that I could now have bt infinity for £18 per month It does not tell me if this is on top of the £13 pm I am paying now or £18 on top of the £13 can anyone advise please

Why not look at their very helpful web-pages???

I have looked at their web page and all it tells me is what the details are for new customers not ones already subscribing ones

It does not tell me if the £18 for infinity is inclusive of the £13 I pay monthly now or is it another £18 on top of of the £13

It'll be a promotion, it'll be the amount offered plus line rental and any other add ones.

THe £ 13 I pay now is for BT vision and broadband plus the phone line so do I have to pay the £18 for infinity on top of that I have not phoned them because I usually can't understand the people who are on the other end

Sounds like you've got a package. You need to ring them and ask. During the daytime you should get UK staff.

Normally Infinity at £18 would totally REPLACE what you are currently paying for ADSL broadband!

How BT Vision factors into this is not clear!
