I today received a letter from T mobile that the full monty tariff is traffic managed and as a result of my complaint they will be the training customer services staff what to say if the questioned is asked about data speeds

I hope so. I really hate it how the t-mobile staff have no idea what a speed cap is and/or are adamant one does not exist at all.
Of course its not the end of the world just because T-Mo cap their speeds. The thing that gets me is how even higher management deny it even exists. Even after being told about the Super internet booster they still deny it. |
