IE9, Chrome, Firefox. IE9 is the main browser. I tried Chrome for a while, hated it with passion. The built in popup blocker wasn't even able to catch all popups and I wasn't able to configure it to be stricter either. That's just one of the issues. I have Firefox to download flash videos. It's the only browser I found that allows access into some internal stuff the download programme needs.

IE, FF & Opera.

I love the speed dial on Opera!
FF is good for downloading
IE for general use... like now!

Opera, Chrome, Firefox & IE9

Opera's my default. I use Chrome as my fallback (which isn't really needed these days as the vast majority of websites work with Opera now) and for YouTube snagging because its extension works better. I don't use FF anymore, I think it's got slow and I got bored of trying to make extensions work with every update. IE9 just comes with Windows.

Chrome
Firefox
IE9

Firefox has lost the plot recently and embedded flash video place holders seem to corrupt on my system when scrolling

Chrome is now my prime browser but does use quite a bit of my 16GB RAM

IE9 is just for testing web design.

I have installed IE/Chrome on Windows and Safari/Chrome on OSX. But I only really use Chrome.

Not point in messing about with rubbish when you already use the best

IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera.

Update: Oh yeah on Mac - Safari, Firefox, Chrome.

"Best" is subjective but for me it's Firefox. "Why?" would take too long to explain. But in general terms - better overall features and usability.

Use Dolphin on my Galaxy S2 as the Chrome App crashes.
